- The first session is 90 minutes – subsequent sessions usually 60 minutes. Depending on the complexity of the issue, most people do 2-6 sessions.
FAQ: How does Beyond Talk Therapy® differ from Talk Therapy?
(1) It is faster, and still deeply transformational. The first session is longer (90 minutes) to allow time for identifying and clearing core issues.
(2) How many sessions? Depending on the complexity of the issue(s) some people like to do 2-4 fast-track sessions. Other people are better served with more sessions over time. Sleep apnea requires more sessions over a longer period of time for complete relief.
(2) As part of Beyond Talk Therapy® I use Emotional Freedom Techniques™ (EFT) for rapid clearing of emotionally charged events. EFT is often called tapping which is short for finger tapping on acupuncture meridian points. EFT is one of the fastest and most effective ways to clear subconscious programs that keep people stuck in patterns that interfere with good health, relationships, career, and a sense of Sovereignty in their lives.
